Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the "2026 Season Pass".

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be received within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or email receipt).

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at hello@useprompt.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
  • (Optional) Briefly explain why the product wasn't a good fit. We value your feedback to improve.

Processing & Effect

Once your refund is approved and processed:

  • Your access to "The Academy" and all premium "Season Pass" content will be immediately revoked.
  • You will retain access to your free "Lab" account and any data created prior to the refund.
  • The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@useprompt.app.
