Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the "2026 Season Pass".
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be received within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
- You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or email receipt).
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@useprompt.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
- (Optional) Briefly explain why the product wasn't a good fit. We value your feedback to improve.
Processing & Effect
Once your refund is approved and processed:
- Your access to "The Academy" and all premium "Season Pass" content will be immediately revoked.
- You will retain access to your free "Lab" account and any data created prior to the refund.
- The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
