1. Usage & API Keys

UsePrompt is a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid OpenRouter API Key.
• Any costs or fees associated with your API usage.
• Securing your API key and ensuring it is not shared maliciously.

2. Generated Content

You retain ownership of any prompts you create and content you generate using UsePrompt. We make no claims of copyright over your AI-generated outputs.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss, API-related issues, or how third-party model providers use your submitted data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes, including but not limited to generating content that violates OpenRouter's usage policies.
