1. Access & Payments

UsePrompt offers a "2026 Season Pass" which is a one-time payment granting access to the "Academy" and premium features for the duration of the 2026 calendar year (and typically indefinitely for the lifetime of that specific version).

All payments are processed securely via Paddle. We do not store your credit card information.

2. Usage & API Keys

UsePrompt is a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid OpenRouter API Key.
• Any costs or fees associated with your API usage.
• Securing your API key and ensuring it is not shared maliciously.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Generated Content

You retain ownership of any prompts you create and content you generate using UsePrompt. We make no claims of copyright over your AI-generated outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UsePrompt and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
